How creatives have adapted to the war: Clickable Agency tells
IT ClusterWith the outbreak of war, Kharkiv IT Cluster member, Clickable creative agency, had to adapt to new realities: air raids, blackouts, and rocket explosions.
«During this time, we managed to keep a team of 60+ people. In the summer, we started hiring new employees and created comfortable conditions for those who stayed in Ukraine,» says Oleksiy Lukashevych, CEO of Clickable Agency.
During power outages, the Odesa team can visit an office equipped with a generator and the Internet. The company always stays in touch, thanks to the well-established remote communication process that COVID has taught us all.
«We have located our office in a convenient and developed area of Odesa. One of the pleasant things is that the sea is nearby and you can enjoy the beautiful views at a safe time,» Oleksiy shares.
The idea to create an office came up as soon as the emergency power outages started. Clickable Agency has created a convenient office with a generator and a starter and comfortable workplaces for those who want to work in the office.
Communication with customers is maintained at the highest level, and the response time to the client has not changed — the continuity strategy in action! Currently, the team works with the Ukrainian and European markets and has clients from the United States and Israel.
The team continues to attend international events such as SiGMA Serbia and SiGMA Malta — the largest gaming conferences that bring together iGaming industry professionals from all over the world. There were also patriotic projects: Clickable Agency developed a website for the Ukrainian Association Dzherelo, designed to help Ukrainians and introduce foreigners to our culture.
The full-scale war has been going on for over 400 days. Despite all the difficulties, Kharkiv IT Cluster’s members are working, developing, and proving that Ukrainians cannot be broken. Glory to Ukraine!
