We are looking for someone who sees SMM primarily as systematic work with channels and audiences: messaging, texts, formats, and analytics. Filming and editing are also part of the role, but as one of the tools — not the main function.

Who we are looking for

✅ 2+ years of experience in SMM — regular page management, not one-off projects
✅ Knowledge and understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram: how presence, content, and audience engagement are built
✅ Strong text skills: rewriting, structuring, tone adaptation for specific platforms and target audiences
✅ Basic analytics: Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Sheets
✅ Knowledge and ability to set up targeted advertising
✅ Visual work: basic Canva/Figma skills
✅ Understanding of formats and trends: Reels, Shorts, stories, TikTok, live event coverage, quick reactions
✅ Ability to shoot and edit short videos (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or others — the result matters, not the tool)

What you will be doing

✅ Work with news hooks: prepare content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and YouTube
✅ Adapt texts: rewriting, lead-ins, video scripts, editing
✅ Cover Cluster offline events: filming, short interviews, live on-site coverage
✅ Run basic analytics: tracking reach, engagement, content dynamics, and testing new formats
✅ Launch ad campaigns for specific events
✅ Create video content: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, stories (filming + basic editing)

Would be a plus

Being based in Kharkiv, photography, interviewing, experience managing Telegram channels, basic understanding of email marketing and ESP tools, experience with task trackers/CRM, English for working with materials and content.
