Client Relations Manager

Kharkiv IT Cluster is an international technology community that brings together business, education, and government around the development of Ukraine's technology ecosystem. We are currently expanding our team and looking for someone who will become the point of interaction with business and strengthen the development of our community. This is a role for someone who knows how to build long-term relationships, sees the value in communities, and works with business as a partner. You will be responsible for attracting new companies to the Kharkiv IT Cluster ecosystem, supporting their onboarding, and developing their engagement with the community.

Requirements

• Our candidate is someone who: has experience in B2B communications, account management, or partnership development;
• knows how to build long-term relationships and work with business;
• thinks in terms of results and sees tasks through to completion;
• is comfortable in a dynamic environment;
• can independently organize their own work;
• is attentive to detail and keeps the focus on interaction quality.

Responsibilities

• Attract new companies to the Kharkiv IT Cluster community.
• Work with and develop the database of potential partners.
• Conduct initial communications, meetings, and presentations.
• Support companies during the onboarding stage.
• Maintain and develop relationships with members.
• Increase their engagement in Cluster projects and initiatives.
• Work with CRM and record interactions with partners.

Would be a plus

• Experience working with communities or ecosystem projects;
• experience in IT or related fields.
