Community Manager

Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT clusters in Ukraine, uniting 1035+ IT companies and partners. We bring together companies, teams, and initiatives around technology, education, business development, and the country's recovery. Our communities are living ecosystems: companies, partners, international programs, joint projects, and real solutions.

We are looking for a Middle Community Manager who can work with communities in a systematic way.

This role is about developing and supporting Cluster communities, working with member companies, and participating in the launch of new initiatives. The role involves independent decision-making, responsibility for processes, and a real impact on how communities operate and grow.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in community, support, social, partnership, or client-facing roles for 2+ years.
• Understanding of community as a shared space, not just a communication channel.
• Experience working with a community independently: from first contact to complex situations.
• Ability to manage projects and be accountable for results.
• Strong written Ukrainian skills; English at Intermediate+ level.
• Ability to communicate with different types of people and not avoid difficult conversations.
• Independence, accountability, ability to prioritize.
• Confident use of Google Workspace and presentations.

What will you be doing?

• Managing and developing several Cluster communities, both online and offline.
• Working with member companies: engagement, onboarding, re-onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Building regular and clear communication with the community, including announcements, updates, and follow-ups.
• Independently running community projects from idea to implementation and reporting.
• Participating in attracting new community members.
• Collecting feedback, identifying patterns in company behavior, and forming insights for the team.
• Contributing to the launch of new formats and projects.
• Working with basic analytics, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in an IT or tech environment.
• Experience launching or scaling communities.
• Understanding of customer journey.
• Experience in sales or partnership roles.
