We are looking for someone who sees communications systemically: able to create content, build messaging, and generate news hooks — and deliver them to specific audiences through media, social networks, and partner channels. This role is about texts, press releases, and public communications — not customer service or internal processes.

Requirements

🔹 2+ years of experience in external communications — content, PR, or media relations (preferably in the technology, public, or education sector)
🔹 Strong writing skills across different formats — press releases, posts, articles, pitches, newsletters
🔹 Ability to build a communication strategy for a specific project or audience
🔹 Experience working with multiple channels simultaneously — social media, email, media, events
🔹 Understanding of how to adapt one message to different formats and audiences
🔹 PR as a tool in the overall communications mix: experience working with media is a plus but not a requirement

Responsibilities

🔹 Write texts for various formats and channels: social media posts, press releases, newsletters, articles, partner materials
🔹 Generate news hooks — turn Cluster activities into publications, releases, and media materials
🔹 Prepare media pitches and handle journalist inquiries
🔹 Build communication support for events: announcements, on-site materials, and post-event content
🔹 Prepare speakers for public appearances and interviews — briefs, key messages, Q&A
🔹 Track the effectiveness of publications and media activities

Would be a plus

Experience with PR tools and the media landscape, personal brand development, English for working with materials and content, experience with task trackers/CRM.
