Kharkiv IT Cluster is one of the largest IT communities in Ukraine. We bring together 1035+ companies and partners and work at the intersection of technology, education, business, and the civic sector, implementing projects with real social impact.
We are constantly looking for project managers who know how to work with people and processes, take responsibility for the implementation of initiatives, and are ready to contribute to various areas of the Cluster's activities.
Projects you may work on
At Kharkiv IT Cluster, a project manager may be involved in:
- educational and community projects — programs, courses, events, work with communities;
- civic, social, and charitable initiatives, including projects for veterans;
- projects for companies and the business community, including digitalization and organizational development;
- international partnership projects and cooperation programs.
👉 This is project management in the civic sector — without IT product development and without classic full-cycle delivery.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
- has experience in project coordination or management (educational, social, civic, business, or donor initiatives);
- can work in a multitasking environment and prioritize tasks; is confident with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms);
- has experience with or willingness to work in Notion / Jira / CRM — a plus;
- has business writing and document preparation skills;
- is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and systematic;
- knowledge of English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects — from idea to result.
- Manage processes: build plans, assign tasks, control deadlines.
- Coordinate people and roles: teams, contractors, partners, speakers, participants.
- Organize events (online and offline): workshops, training programs, forums, community meetups.
- Communicate with stakeholders — companies, educational institutions, donors, communities, partners.
- Work with documentation: official correspondence, invitations, reports, memorandums.
- Plan budgets and control expenses within projects.
- Prepare analytics and brief reports for the team, partners, and management.

Priority is given to candidates from Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region; some projects require physical presence for implementation.
