IT Legal Talk 2: no joke, but in the rhythm of jazz!
IT ClusterOn December 12th, 2015 in the co-working space of Intetics Kharkiv IT Cluster held IT Legal Talk 2, a training seminar on the structuring of Ukrainian IT-business, on December 12 in co-working space of Intetics.
The event brought together the best experts in the field of legal issues in IT-companies. In addition to discussing current issues, all participants received prizes from our partners: OTP Bank and UNIQA. Natalia Vinogradskaya, executive director of Kharkiv IT Cluster opened the seminar. She spoke about the results of the work in 2015 and introduced the new members of the organization. Today Kharkiv IT Cluster has already 20 companies!
The first speaker was a guest from Kiev Alina Huseynova. She reported key features of the most profitable IT locations. Ivanna Pogrebnyak made the analysis of Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland as possible places for relocation. Lukas Luts told about the specifics of starting businesses in Poland. Dmitry Mikhailenko described the pros and cons of the presence of foreign companies in the structure of the business. Rustam Vakhitova, speaker of the Netherlands, explained the function, benefits and risks of the funds and trusts, moreover, spoke about the role of the beneficiaries. Vyacheslav Volodya told about choosing a service provider. The participants also learned how to work with banks and get right insurance for their employees. The event ended with the report of the Senior Associate Company “Yuskutum” Nazar Polyvki on jazz. As one of the participants of IT Legal Talk 2 said: it’s a great event, and jazz was “just surreal!”
Obviously, we have not yet covered all the topics that concern IT-community of Kharkiv, which means next year we will be holding more educational events! See you in 2016.
