IT ClusterIt seems that in times of missile attacks and total blackouts, everyone should have given up. However, the reality is quite different: companies not only survived but became more powerful, stronger, and ready to fight back. The story of IT Craft is no exception.
«Everything that doesn’t kill us makes us stronger» has been the motto of Ukrainian IT for the past few years.
Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, the company has done everything to protect its employees, their families and help them relocate:
📌 provided information support to employees;
📌 organized an emergency chat;
📌 provided financial rewards.
After all the specialists were safe and the situation in the team was more or less stabilized, the company began to develop a plan to open a new office in Ukraine.
IT Craft has set a goal: to continue working and doing everything possible to bring Ukraine’s victory closer.
Subsequently, the company returned to its office in Kharkiv and “upgraded” it as much as the space in Kyiv 💪
Today, IT Craft has everything it needs to work effectively, despite all the enemy’s attempts to plunge us into darkness. The team continues to successfully fulfill customer orders, maintain a high level of Ukrainian IT, and support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
