Intellias wins two categories in Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023
IT ClusterThe global IT company Intellias, with an office in Zagreb, triumphed in two categories at the annual Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023. Intellias was recognized as the Best Employer Brand and won the Best Employee Experience category with the IntelliHub project.
Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023 unites the strongest employer brands in Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and other countries in the Adria region. Selecting the Best Employer Brand among large, midsize, and small companies, the expert jury evaluates participants’ strategies, internal and external communications, creativity, and innovative solutions. Intellias received the highest scores across all criteria.
“Intellias opened its office in Zagreb at the beginning of 2022, and we made sure to create here an atmosphere of respect, support, and empathy. It is important for us that our colleagues feel comfortable and have opportunities for continuous career development. The two awards from Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023 prove that we are moving in the right direction,” says Pavlo Lapshov, Country Head of Intellias in Croatia.
Intellias secured another victory in the Best Employee Experience category for its IntelliHub portal. IntelliHub is an ecosystem of services that consolidates all opportunities provided to Intellias specialists in one place.

This year, several Intellias projects were recognized by reputable organizations. Particularly, the company won silver in the Forbes HR & Employer Branding Awards in Bulgaria and received an award from the SoDA Awards in Poland for its IntelliWomen initiative and promotion of gender equality.
