The company creation
Expecto is a marketing agency with the following main directions of work:
- promotion strategy consulting;
- target advertisement setup;
- context advertisement setup.
The company was founded on the 11th of November, 2015. That is the exact day when their first commercial contract was signed.
“Even before creating the marketing agency, its founders have been providing educational services in Isability. They selected qualified teachers in such areas as psychology, oratory, and personality development. Should also be mentioned that a customer flow from partner companies had already been formed by the time there was a training center. Those customers wanted the same traffic flow,” mentioned Daria Marchenko, project manager.
The agency is actively developing and increasing its expertise in the field of digital marketing. The main focus of the company development is perfect and quality setup of the advertisement campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, as well as a detailed analytical system.
As the result of 5 years of hard work, Expecto Agency has earned trust of such companies as Avantazh, network of pharmacies 9-1-1, Snig na golovu, Polus, Atilog, and more than 200 other companies in eight countries of the world.

The company responsibly and carefully treats each project, and the specialists individually develop each detail of cooperation.
“Our approach is not a ‘conveyor’ but a ‘manual assembly’. Even when we develop commercial offers we also form basic analysis of the market, audience, and digital strategy,” Daria shared.
One of the essential things in the work of Expecto is cooperative learning. Every Wednesday the company team shares its professional experience in such areas as financial literacy, creativeness development, discussion, and time management.
“Cooperative learning is an essential and basic element of our corporate culture,” Daria shared.
Projects of corporate social responsibility
The specialists of Expecto were speakers in such social events and webinars as “Business incubator” of the “Professional development of Kharkiv” Foundation, the project “ToBe”, the social project of the entrepreneurship development in Kharkiv, as well as in many free events in “Diya.Business”, and educational webinars from Kharkiv regional administration for employers from educational field of Kharkiv region (teachers, head teacher, school directors).
Internship and company’s educational direction
One of the company work directions is the educational one, Expecto Academy. In the frame of this direction, the company generates its own digital projects, and develops partnership projects.
