How a €2,500 Grant Helped Ukrainian Businesses Win New Clients in Europe

With the €2,500 grant from Ukraine-Ready4EU, Kharkiv IT Cluster’s tech clients attended two major events in Vienna — Wolves Summit and Testing United. Participation allowed them to showcase their services, build new contacts, and assess interest in their offerings.

• 32 meetings with IT company representatives
• 25 potential clients
• 16 follow-up calls scheduled

Event preparation — including communication strategy — was developed in collaboration with Kharkiv IT Cluster.

Another company, specializing in HealthTech, also used the Ukraine-Ready4EU grant — this time to attend the HealthTech Investor Summit 2024 in Belgium. The event brought together leading players in European medtech: startups, investors, and tech companies. It was there the company presented its digital health solutions.

The team returned with valuable insights and tangible prospects. Their participation led to:

• One-on-one meetings with potential clients
