INTELLIAS OPENS TWO NEW OFFICES – IN KRAKOW AND IVANO-FRANKIVSK
IT ClusterIntellias – one of the largest IT companies of Ukraine and the member of Kharkiv IT Cluster, announced the opening of two development centers – in Krakow and Ivano-Frankivsk. The office in Ivano-Frankivsk will become the 5th development center in Ukraine, and Krakow will be the first delivery office outside the country.
Opening an office in Krakow is a part of Intellias growth strategy. The presence in the EU countries will allow the company to better comply with European safety standards and, in particular, the GDPR regulations. Krakow office will also provide services to those customers for whom it is important to host development teams within the European Union.
“Krakow is a developed European IT hub, it has a lot of qualified specialists, there is a powerful educational base. Bringing Intellias to this IT space is an opportunity for our team to scale further. – said Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder of Intellias. – Intellias presence in the European market creates additional value in cooperation with us for our customers . In addition, Krakow is already well known to many of our employees and customers as a tourist city and it is connected by direct flights with our four largest delivery centers in Ukraine. ”
Ivano-Frankivsk office of the company will start functioning at the beginning of the summer. The teams of the new center will be involved in long-term projects of the company in such industries as EduTech, Automotive, Fintech and others.
“In Ivano-Frankivsk there is a good potential for the development of IT. There are many talented engineers in the city, whom we will involve in developing engineering solutions for our clients. In addition, we see a large space for the development of the IT community of the city and intend to become part of it, develop it. ” – added Vitaly Sedler.
By the end of 2019, it is planned to attract up to 100 specialists in new locations.
Intellias was founded in 2002 in Lviv. As of April 2019, more than 1,300 specialists are working in offices in Lviv, Kiev, Odessa and Kharkiv.
For many years Intellias has been one of the best IT employers of the year according to dou.ua. The company received the “Bike Builder of the Year” award by the Kiev Cyclists Association last year. Over the past 7 years the company has actively supported cycling movement throughout Ukraine, sponsoring adult and children’s cycling events.
