The only event agency to be included in the Forbes Next 250 list

Kharkiv-based agency FILOSOFIA is the only company from the events industry to be included in the Forbes Next 250 New Wave list. This rating consists of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses that will determine the success of the Ukrainian economy in the future. In 2022, due to the full-scale invasion, the agency was left without clients in Ukraine. To continue developing the business, the team opened an office in Portugal and scaled to foreign markets. As a result, today FILOSOFIA has doubled the agency's revenue in 2 years, entered the US, European and UAE markets, and retained its team and clients in Ukraine. Currently, foreign clients account for 60% of the company's revenue. “We are not about overnight success. Events are not about parties, but about constant analysis of efficiency, new mechanics, a systematic approach and ROI-positive tools for our clients. To effectively manage internal processes, we keep a full team and in-house: we believe that effective projects are created by a team, not freelancers.
