                    The company Yael Acceptic participated in the national Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index research, and managed to get to TOP-5 IT-employers in Ukraine.
 Corporate Equality Index is a national research of corporate politics, rules, private and state practices in supporting equality and diversity, as well as prohibition of discrimination on the workplace.
The research is organized by such non-governmental organizations as Kharkiv IT Cluster, “Tochka opory UA”, “Suchasna Zhinka”, The “Sotsialna Diia” center, with the support of the International Foundation “Vidrodzhennia”.
In the research, Yael Acceptic proved its positions as a socially responsible company that actively implements equality politics. The company uses anonymous system of messages in cases of discrimination to have an opportunity to act and prevent similar conflicts in the future.

The work in the company is extremely productive, the atmosphere is friendly and amicable. Conflicts and disputes are rare in our company. But if they do arise, they are resolved promptly,” — said Dmitry Kharchenko, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
