 Corporate Equality Index is a national research of corporate politics, rules, private and state practices in supporting equality and diversity, as well as prohibition of discrimination on the workplace.

 The research is organized by such non-governmental organizations as Kharkiv IT Cluster, “Tochka opory UA”, “Suchasna Zhinka”, The “Sotsialna Diia” center, with the support of the International Foundation “Vidrodzhennia”.
“We congratulate IT companies with reaching equality, and we are sure that concrete steps will build a fairer world where people have equal opportunities for professional growth,” comment from Daria Nahayvskaia, project manager in NGO “Suchasna Zhinka”.
In the frames of the research, the WiserBrand company proved to be actively standing for the value of equal rights for all the Ukrainian citizens. The C-level of the company analyzes the terms of contracts and other terms of cooperation, collects statistics and permanently increases awareness of its specialists. They do all of it to prevent possible risks of discrimination.
