Texts and design in SMM: Kharkiv IT Cluster held a training in the Press club

Get inspired by perfect text and visual parts of publications on social media? Kharkiv IT Cluster knows how to create such impressive content! That’s why we shared our expertise with future specialists, attendees of the Kharkiv press club.

On April 28, Kharkiv IT Cluster’s team did a presentation “The importance of texts and design in SMM” in the Kharkiv press club. We gathered mostly first year students and other people interested in effective and quality development in the SMM. According to all the quarantine restrictions, we held our training in the mixed format: online and offline. The speakers of the event were the specialists of Kharkiv IT Cluster — Ksenia Hornar, Junior Content Manager, and Dariya Zozulya, Junior Comms & Event Manager. Our speakers shared how to create text and visual parts of publications so the content is qualitative, effective and attracted by the target audience.

• Ksenia talked about the essential elements of text and its structure. She also shared how to write posts if there is no inspiration to do that, and what those details that make texts either better or worse are.
• Dariya talked about the key elements of banners, how to combine colors, place graphics and text, and how to create cool publications even if you have no design experience.

Participants actively asked questions, listened attentively to the presentation, and wondered how to make their own pages content on social media better.
