A member of the Kharkiv IT Cluster, Netpeak agency is launching a new Sales Consulting service based on the SCALE methodology for B2B companies that have a stable flow of leads and a sales team but face challenges with conversion, forecasting, processes, or scaling results.
Today, B2B sales are moving from point automation and individual tools toward the transformation of commercial processes. According to a 2026 McKinsey study, 22% of surveyed B2B organizations have already fully implemented GenAI, while another 31% are in the process of implementation. At the same time, companies face the question of how to turn technology and data into business results.
When More Leads Do Not Deliver Proportional Growth
As a company grows, sales challenges often go beyond the performance of individual sales managers. Conversion rates and deal cycles can vary significantly across the team, best practices may remain with individual employees, and CRM data does not always help quickly identify the reasons behind funnel losses.
Another challenge is cross-functional collaboration. Marketing may evaluate its effectiveness based on the number of leads, Sales on closed deals, while Product operates with different priorities. As a result, increasing the marketing budget or expanding the sales team does not necessarily lead to a corresponding increase in revenue.
McKinsey highlights a shift in what buyers pay attention to when choosing a supplier and describes it as a move toward perceiving a company as a unified commercial system. This year, respondents named inconsistent information across teams as the top reason for switching suppliers. Last year, the two leading reasons included a poor digital experience and gaps in cross-channel tracking.
SCALE Brings Together Five Components of Sales
The new Netpeak service is built around the S.C.A.L.E. methodology, which makes it possible to assess sales as an integrated system and identify exactly where growth constraints arise.
- S — Sources: ICP, qualification, lead sources, and funnels.
- C — Crew: team structure, roles, hiring, and sales manager development.
- A — Analytics: CRM, KPIs, funnel analytics, dashboards, and quality control.
- L — Logistics: scripts, regulations, SLAs, and the Sales Map.
- E — Ecosystem: collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product around a shared outcome.
This approach makes it possible to examine the causes of sales performance issues as an interconnected system — from lead quality and sources to team performance, processes, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
“Sales are never limited to the impact of a single factor. You can increase the number of leads, hire talented sales managers, or continuously add new rules to the CRM, but this will not deliver the desired growth if these elements do not work as a single system and do not account for the specifics of the company’s business processes. That is why we always start with diagnostics: we analyze data, processes, and team performance, identify priority areas for change, and then implement them together with the business and measure their impact on key sales metrics,” says Oleksandr Plutok, Chief Revenue Officer at Netpeak.
From Diagnostics to a Working Model
Work based on SCALE typically takes 6–9 months and consists of four stages.
- Diagnostics. The team analyzes data, processes, the sales funnel, and sales department performance to identify the main points of loss and prioritize areas for change.
- Build. The findings are translated into specific tasks and changes to processes, tools, and working standards. The Netpeak team works on implementation together with the client.
- Measurement and Reinforcement. The results of the changes are regularly evaluated, and processes are adjusted where they do not deliver the expected impact. At the same time, the client’s team is trained to work according to the new model.
- Adaptation. After the main stage is completed, the business can return to the system whenever the market, team, product, or business goals change.
As a result, the company receives standards for working with leads and deals, a team management system, funnel analytics, and a management cadence. This enables the executive to see current performance together with the factors that influence it.
