Netpeak Becomes the First Ukrainian Agency to Join the CEE Digital Alliance Board

Netpeak, a member of Kharkiv IT Cluster, has become the first Ukrainian agency to have a representative elected to the Board of the CEE Digital Alliance (CEEDA), an alliance of independent digital agencies in Central and Eastern Europe.

Alona Hrytsuk, CEO of International Netpeak, has joined the Board of Directors. Her term will begin in February 2027 and last five years. Alongside representatives of agencies from Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania, Alona Hrytsuk will contribute to shaping the alliance’s development strategy and international expansion.

The elections took place on October 1–2 during a meeting of CEE Digital Alliance members in Prague. According to the alliance, its members collectively work with nearly 1,500 clients across more than 30 markets and manage media budgets exceeding €100 million.

This confirms that we are part of Europe and can contribute to its digital landscape. I’m glad that we are making an innovative mark,” said Alona Hrytsuk, CEO of International Netpeak.

She added: “It is also important to me to represent the experience of the Ukrainian market. We operate in conditions of constant uncertainty, and our experience can be valuable to colleagues scaling their businesses across multiple markets simultaneously. I want the alliance’s strategy to help independent agencies grow internationally, share knowledge, and remain competitive alongside large holding companies.”

CEEDA was founded in 2017. Its model is based on cooperation between independent agencies, each responsible for local market expertise. This approach enables international clients to enter and grow in Central and Eastern European markets while accounting for local market specifics. The appointment to the Board comes amid Netpeak’s own international expansion.

At the meeting, the first CEEDA Awards ceremony was held, where Netpeak received the Performance Excellence award for its case study, “Diversifying Growth in a Mature Agency Business,” which explores business diversification and team growth in a mature local market.

For Netpeak, this is its first CEEDA award, but not the agency’s only international recognition in the past month. At the MIXX Awards Europe 2026, Netpeak won four awards for its campaigns for ME-QR and COMFY. Alona Hrytsuk collected the trophies at the ceremony in Amsterdam.

• Gold, Silver, and Bronze — for the ME-QR case study, “One System Instead of Manual Management,” which showcases the use of AI, data, and advertising campaign automation across more than 40 countries.
• Bronze — for the COMFY Mobile case study, “The Window of Opportunity Strategy,” which demonstrates the use of behavioral data and AI to engage shoppers at the moment they are ready to make a purchase.
