In August 2018, Kharkiv IT Cluster updated it's Supervisory Board of the organization. Based on the results of the voting in several stages, Gennady Bukshevalov, DevCenter Director Softserve Kharkіv, became a new member of the Supervisory Board. The company is a participant of Kharkiv IT Cluster since 2015.

Gennady's mission as a member of the Supervisory Board is to turn Kharkiv into the IT-capital of Ukraine. His activity will be focused on educational projects, purposing is to saturate Kharkiv market with IT specialists and to develop the level of their expertise. Also in his sphere of interest cover projects aimed at creating a physical infrastructure for IT business. In addition, Gennady is focused on the promotion and PR of Kharkov.   Alexander Kolb, CEO of Promodo, Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO AltexSoft, Eduard Rubin, Head of Supervisory Board of Telesens, Vasyl Soloshchuk, CEO & Owner Insart and Dmitry Yakovlev, Co-founder Videal were re-elected to the new Supervisory Board.   In addition, the Supervisory Board continues its activities with three participants who joined it in December 2017: Igor Braginsky, President of NIX Solutions, Roman Katerynchyk, CEO Artjoker and Aleksey Kholodenko, CEO CodeIT.   Oleksandr Medovoi, President & CEO AltexSoft, was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
