Kharkiv IT Cluster is opening the call for mentors for Boot Camp 2026 — a two-month incubation program that brings together students, career switchers, and IT specialists from leading member companies of the Kharkiv IT Cluster.

This season’s mission — Humanity in Tech: how to create innovations that remain ethical, accessible, and human-centered.

About the Program

Boot Camp is a practical environment where beginner teams work on real projects and gain their first hands-on experience, while mentors help transform ideas into working solutions.Over two months, teams develop their own MVPs, going from concept to presenting a ready solution, and acquire valuable skills in team development, product management, and collaboration with industry experts.
