“Returning to civilian life is a complex and challenging process, and we have to make it more comfortable for them. Employment is one of the main factors that influence one’s well-being and give a chance for self-actualization. Therefore, it is crucial to build this bridge between civilian employers and ex-combatants.” — Artem Denisov, Head of Veteran Hub
Supporting veterans who come back from the war is a key focus area for Intellias. The company has analyzed veterans’ needs and developed a program to introduce employment practices for candidates with combat experience.“At Intellias, we strive to build humane workplaces at all times. The company is already working on creating an environment where our defenders can grow professionally. Specialists with combat experience should feel how appreciated they are in this new society that has been formed during the full-scale war in Ukraine. Supporting veterans at all stages of adaptation and creating decent conditions for their self-actualization is one of the priorities for Intellias.” — Roman Gapachilo, VP, Talent Management at Intellias
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, Intellias has supported the defenders of Ukraine.
