Intellias’ Career Hub wins HR Brand Ukraine nomination

Career Hub, a software project that allows specialists at the Intellias IT company to independently manage their careers, has received the highest award from HR Brand Ukraine 2022. Intellias became a winner in the category of “best project for training and development of employees”. Career Hub transforms professional growth at Intellias into an easy, convenient, and transparent process. The platform has become a one-stop center for all professional and career opportunities, from feedback, skills testing, training, and mentoring to rotation, relocation, and review of compensation and benefits. Intellias specialists have been successfully using Career Hub since November 2021. At the core of Career Hub lies the human-to-human principle, which is the cornerstone of the Intellias culture. It is embodied in every process at Intellias, from daily tasks to global decisions.

The platform was launched before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine; however, responding to urgent challenges is now one of its main tasks. The Emergency feature of the platform allows employees to receive compensation for evacuation expenses, get assistance in finding accommodation for a long stay, etc. Guided by the principle of humanity, Intellias creates a comfortable, human-centered environment with flexible work schedules and workplaces. Intellias employees have been able to choose a convenient time and format of work – office work, remote work, or a mix – for some time already.
