Kharkiv IT Cluster welcomed a new community member — we had GAMELOFT company joined us! Let's find out in our article what priorities the company has and why they decided to join Kharkiv IT Cluster.  Gameloft was founded in far 1999 in Paris. The company opened its branch office in Kharkiv in 2007. Today Gameloft is a team of 390 specialists (in Kharkiv branch office) that cooperates with such companies as Marvel, Disney, and Illumination.  Yevgeniy Birenbaum, the HR manager, tells: «I am one of the first employees of Kharkiv branch office. When I first came to the company, I was excited how open-mind and flexible the company was.  Besides, the main priority of the company is its employees. That is why three strategic objectives of the company managers are:
  • high quality of a project,
  • completing a project on time,
  • satisfied team with the result and the process alike.
«Gameloft gives its employees space for creativity and the opportunity to promote their ideas upwards and not vice versa», — Yevgeniy says. Since the product of the company is video games, the atmosphere in the office is informal. You can ride a scooter, launch a radio-controlled aircraft, and be fully creative here. The team is formed not only by admitting the skills of the specialists but also by their involvement in the world of video games. Gameloft is a perfect employer for gamers. Why the company decided to be a member of IT Cluster «We had been watching IT Clusters of different cities and noticed that Kharkiv IT Cluster had developing fast and performing actual results including the ones in the education and research sectors», — Yevgeniy notices. «The organization listens to the IT industry representatives. These are the main reasons for us to be part of Kharkiv IT Cluster. We are interested in participating in the Cluster's projects, including the educational ones».
