StudLeadCommunity: how to help new recruits settle into the team and ensure they don’t leave within the first few weeks

Kharkiv IT Cluster, in collaboration with Telesens, is hosting a practical webinar as part of the StudLeadCommunity project. We’ll discuss how IT companies structure their onboarding processes and why people stay with the team. We’ll also look at how People Partner practices help to tailor the process of getting to know the team, reduce staff turnover after the first few weeks of work, and build mutual trust.
