IT-Eureka Ukraine Hackathon

Ukrainian students are invited to take part in “IT-Eureka! Ukraine” contest “IT-Eureka! Ukraine” is a students` startup contest, which was initially held within the framework of Tempus project and supported by European Universities, businesses, and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. During two years over 1500 students with 600 projects took part in the contest. When Tempus was about to close in Ukraine, Sigma Software and Sigma Technology adopted the initiative to run the event in Ukraine and became its main partners and sponsors. In 2017 the contest will be held in a format of Hackathon. The main hosting partner – Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics. To be accepted for the Hackathon, the ideas and projects should solve existing problems in the education area using IT means, as well as be innovative and competitive on the market. Ideas can be submitted until April 8th. The finalists will be invited to take part in Hackathon, which is planned for April 22-23 in Kharkiv.
