Pre-event preparation: how to define your goals, prepare a pitch, and develop marketing materials.

Visibility & Lead Generation: tools for attracting attention to your booth or profile.

EU Trade Fairs & Brokerage Events: which events are worth attending, how to select them, and why participating in brokerage sessions matters.

Follow-up strategy: how to professionally follow up after an event and avoid losing valuable contacts.

Speaker

Silvana Sanfeliu Giaimo — Head of EU Projects & Internationalisation at Fondazione Piemonte Innova (Italy).

Silvana specializes in supporting technology companies and startups entering EU markets, helping them implement innovation and find partners through global networks and networking activities.

The program is designed for Ukrainian and European IT companies. The workshop will be particularly relevant for:

Companies that attend at least 60% of the program (5 out of 8 workshops) will receive a certificate confirming their systematic preparation for working in the EU market.
