AI/GovTech Hackathon — Ukrainian–Estonian AI/GovTech Hackathon with a €15,000 prize pool

AI/GovTech Hackathon — a three-day offline event in Kyiv that brings together AI engineers, developers, startups, and GovTech teams from Ukraine and Estonia to build technological solutions addressing real challenges in the public sector.

Estonia is one of the global symbols of the digital state. Ukraine is one of the most dynamic GovTech ecosystems in Europe. Within the hackathon, we will combine the experience of both countries to co-create solutions for governments of the coming decades.

Challenge tracks and tasks

Participants will work on the following challenges:

• Proactive Monitoring of Child Rights Based on Interagency Data and Automated Risk Detection 
• AI-Powered Incident & Feedback Analytics for State Registries 
• ️AI-Indicator of Procurement Documentation Quality 
• ️Cross-Border Business Assistant: Estonia–Ukraine 

What participants will receive

The program offers comprehensive support for teams, including:

• mentorship from experts in GovTech and AI
• consultations with digital transformation practitioners from Ukraine and Estonia
• opportunities to work directly with representatives of state institutions
• potential implementation and scaling of solutions in the public sector
• networking between two digital ecosystems
