
Kharkiv IT Cluster Strengthens EU Collaboration Through Business Delegation to Sweden and Finland 🇺🇦➡️🇸🇪🇫🇮
Expanding Horizons for Ukrainian IT Companies
As part of the EU4Business: Recovery, Competitiveness, and Internationalization of SMEs initiative, the Kharkiv IT Cluster actively engages in international collaborations to support Ukrainian tech companies. In partnership with Civitta and GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH), our cluster is participating in the “Better Market Connectivity” project. This initiative, co-financed by the European Union and the German government, aims to help Ukrainian businesses expand into European markets and build sustainable international cooperation.
A key component of this project is a business delegation trip to Sweden and Finland. There, the Kharkiv IT Cluster, alongside its member companies, will explore collaboration opportunities with European counterparts. The delegation will participate in various business meetings, networking sessions, and industry events. The higlight of is TechArena Stockholm – a major platform connecting tech startups, investors, and corporate leaders.
Delegation & Participating Companies
This initiative brings together a strong delegation of Ukrainian IT companies that are ready to showcase their expertise, build relationships with European partners, and contribute to the global tech ecosystem. Among the participating companies are:
Academy Smart – A custom software development company specializing in e-learning solutions, enterprise software, and cloud services. With extensive experience in building LMS platforms, corporate training solutions, and automation tools, they help businesses scale their digital learning capabilities.
Createria – a company specializing in executive search and business optimization. It connects organizations with transformative leaders and enhances operational efficiency. The focus is on practical strategies that drive growth, agility, and long-term success.
CodeIT – A custom software development company with expertise in web and mobile applications. CodeIT works with businesses of all sizes to create scalable, high-performance solutions in industries such as healthtech, fintech, and logistics.
SDA – A technology consulting and software development company specializing in innovative IT solutions. SDA helps businesses navigate digital transformation, automation, and complex software development projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Planned Activities: Helsinki & Stockholm
From February 18 to 19, the delegation will be in Helsinki, Finland, engaging in business networking sessions and meetings with potential European partners. These interactions will focus on discovering opportunities for cooperation in software development, IT services, and technology innovation.
On February 20 and 21, the delegation will travel to Stockholm, Sweden, to participate in TechArena Stockholm — one of the most prominent technology events in Scandinavia. This conference brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders, providing a platform for Ukrainian companies to showcase their expertise, seek investments, and explore partnerships.
Strengthening Ukraine’s IT Industry Through Global Partnerships
