OBRIY (Defense Swarm ) is not just a new name, but a reflection of the spirit of unity, cooperation and purposeful action. It is a community of Ukrainian technology producers, engineers, educators and government partners who together create solutions for defense, security and recovery.

As a swarm, each member of OBRIY performs its part of the great mission – to protect the country, innovate and build the future.

Who are the members of OBRIY?

• companies developing drones, air defense, electronic warfare and other defense solutions;
• manufacturers of trainers, simulators and training equipment for military and engineering education;
• Developers of solutions for humanitarian demining, logistics and infrastructure reconstruction;
• government agencies and educational institutions that support the development of defense technologies.

The community is initiated and coordinated by Kharkiv IT Cluster, which brings together technology companies, forms partnerships, promotes innovation and opens up international opportunities for Ukrainian manufacturers.

What is the OBRIYAcatalog?

The OBRIY catalog is a visual presentation of the Ukrainian defense technology ecosystem, not just a list of companies. It shows:

• how and where technologies are used (in reconstruction, education, defense);
• what solutions are created by Ukrainian engineers;
• how to join the community.

The catalog is designed to be constantly updated. There is no fixed number of pages or companies – instead, there is a template that allows you to quickly present new solutions, technologies, and partners.

Visual style and format

The catalog will have a new restrained cover – without images of attack, with an emphasis on defense, infrastructure and teamwork. The priority is to use images of drones, engineering, defense facilities, and a swarm of bees as a metaphor for teamwork.
