“OBRII” — Defence Swarm

OBRII (Defence Swarm) is a community of technology manufacturers, engineers, educators, and government partners united to develop and implement solutions in the fields of defence, security, and Ukraine’s recovery.Members of the community collaborate on products and solutions aligned with a shared mission: to protect the country, drive innovation, and build a secure future.

Community goals:

• To create, scale, and deploy technologies that strengthen defence capabilities and accelerate national recovery;
• To integrate the efforts of government, business, and education into a unified technological ecosystem;
• To showcase the capabilities of Ukrainian MILTECH companies on the international stage.

Kharkiv IT Cluster is the initiator and coordinator of OBRII, bringing together tech companies, fostering partnerships, promoting innovation, and opening new opportunities for Ukrainian manufacturers, both domestically and internationally.
