About the Project

ITBridge is an ambitious initiative uniting leading Ukrainian and European IT clusters to foster long-term collaboration and drive digital innovation. The project connects three of Ukraine’s largest IT hubs — Kharkiv IT Cluster, Dnipro IT Community, and Odesa IT Family — and two European IT clusters — Transilvania IT Cluster (Romania) and Cluster Digital of Catalunya (Spain). Together, we aim to strengthen business ties, integrate Ukrainian IT companies into EU digital value chains, and support the digital transformation of both regions.

Through comprehensive market analysis, capacity-building activities, and international networking events, ITBridge empowers Ukrainian IT clusters and businesses to expand into EU markets, enhance their resilience, and align with European digital standards.

ITBridge is committed to advancing EU-Ukraine business collaboration in the digital sector. We focus on two main objectives: 

1. Enhancing the effectiveness of clusters in driving the twin transition and resilience.
2. Integrating Ukrainian IT companies into EU digital value chains.

Uniting 5 IT clusters and over 400 SMEs, ITBridge will contribute to digital transformation, economic growth, and resilience across the EU and Ukraine. It will also foster policy alignment and greater connectivity. Ultimately, ITBridge will play a key role in advancing the EU’s goal of integrating Ukraine into the Single Market.

Project timeline: from vision to action

• 2025  — Project launch and initial stakeholder engagement.
• 2025-2027  — Capacity-building workshops, business development and internationalisation seminars, matchmaking events, market analysis and foresight study.
• 2027  — Project completion with established partnerships and long-term digital collaboration.
