🤝 Unique opportunities for you
🚀 About the project
A cluster is about belonging to a community and a certain region. Usually, if you have an office in a city, you can join the local community. But the war has changed the approach to unification. Many companies were forced to relocate their IT specialists scattered all over the country and the world. This transition to working with remote teams has created new challenges and limitations for businesses.
Kharkiv IT Cluster is a community that has grown significantly during the full-scale invasion, as consolidation is the way to survive. Today it has more than 270 members and partners. Over the years, Kharkiv IT Cluster has created a unique package of cluster services for IT businesses that help them survive and grow.
This experience inspired us to launch a new project “IT Cluster in the Cloud” together with the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Programme, an initiative aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
⭐️ Project goal and values
The goal of our project is to scale up support for small and medium-sized IT companies whose specialists have been displaced across Ukraine and the world, leaving their hearts in their hometowns.
- Why is it important? We want to strengthen the resilience of your local IT business as it goes global, increasing its ability to sell, hire talent (or at least retain existing talent), and attract investment.
- How does it work? We provide IT companies with access to expert support, cluster services, and networking opportunities.
In the IT Cluster in the Cloud project, both current members of Kharkiv IT Cluster and IT business representatives who are not yet members of the community will have access to all activities.
