BusinessLink — your guide through the business support system
Support for businesses in Ukraine exists through government programs, donor initiatives, and grant opportunities. However, entrepreneurs in frontline communities rarely take advantage of it. Information is scattered across dozens of websites, procedures are complex, and, under constant stress and operational pressure, navigating this on their own becomes overwhelming.
What is BusinessLink?
BusinessLink is a navigator project by Kharkiv IT Cluster, designed to connect businesses with the existing support system. We do not duplicate services — we make them accessible.

Project goal
To ensure that no entrepreneur in frontline regions is left alone with their challenges, and that existing support actually works for those who need it most.
Who is it for?
BusinessLink is designed for owners and managers of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in frontline communities — from sole proprietors to companies with hundreds of employees.
Priority groups: women entrepreneurs, internally displaced entrepreneurs (IDPs), veterans and their families, relocated businesses, and companies with inclusive employment practices.

Business needs assessment
Within the project, we collect information about the current needs of businesses to shape donor-supported programs.
This includes identifying equipment that is critically needed for business operation, recovery, or growth.
The collected data is used to define priorities and develop targeted support initiatives for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

What impact does the project create?
BusinessLink operates at the intersection of ecosystems — connecting entrepreneurs with government services, donor programs, and business organizations.
This helps:
- reduce barriers to accessing support
- increase the number of businesses that actually benefit from it
- strengthen the impact of existing programs
Resilient businesses mean jobs, taxes, and essential services. They are the foundation that keeps frontline communities functioning.
This project is supported by the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), funded by aid from the governments of Canada, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
