Module 2 marked another significant step forward as we delved into export readiness and optimizing our support processes for member companies.
Key Achievements of Module 2
1. Export Skills Development
The second module equipped us with advanced tools and methodologies to assist our members effectively. A notable focus was placed on the Netherlands IT market, where our team conducted an in-depth analysis for our member company SevenPro.
- Market Insights: We explored the Dutch IT sector, valued at €50 billion annually, highlighting trends like digital transformation, IoT adoption, and sustainability-focused technologies.
- Strategic Recommendations: The report for SevenPro outlined an export model, that best fits their specification in terms of getting profit on the Netherlands IT market.
2. Strengthening BSO Capabilities
As a BSO, we are dedicated to refining our internal processes to serve our member companies better. Module 2 provided actionable strategies to:
- Develop a comprehensive networking plan: structure all the communication plans for the upcoming half of a year.
- Master Self-Presentation Skills: we enhanced how we articulate the Kharkiv IT Cluster’s mission, achievements, and services, ensuring impactful communication in international and local settings.
- Create a Flywheel of Growth: Designed to ensure sustainable development, the flywheel emphasizes collaboration, visibility, adaptability, and ecosystem growth.
Collaboration with SevenPro
Our work with SevenPro during this module demonstrated the practical application of our learnings. By analyzing the Dutch market, we:
- Highlighted Seven Pro’s strengths, focusing on its expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, Node.js) and its Dedicated Team Model.
- Identified market opportunities in sectors actively adopting digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Provided actionable insights to help Seven Pro position itself as a reliable partner for Dutch startups and enterprises.
