Being a part of the Export Alliance Mastery Program by Visionest Institute, Kharkiv IT Cluster continues mastering its knowledge and skills. Finishing Module 3, we have picked up Service development skills, extremely valuable for our organisation at this stage. Along with this, a complete Website performance analysis was developed for our member company Veramed *.
As part of the Program, we explored four transformative tools — the Belbin Team Roles Model, SWOT Analysis, Flywheel of Growth, and the System in Systems Process Description Technique. Each of these tools offers unique principles and benefits for businesses aiming to scale and sustain success. Export Alliance Mastery Program is a training program supported by the Estonian Centre for International Development, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and Diia.Business. It helps leading business associations in Ukraine provide export support to their members and guide them to enter international markets. Through this training, our team is mastering the essentials of delivering export support services and strengthening the global positions of Ukrainian IT companies.
