EU4Business: Kharkiv IT Cluster on the Path to the EU Single Market
IT ClusterOn April 9, 2025, Kharkiv IT Cluster joined the strategic event «Economic integration of Ukrainian businesses to the EU Single market: Plan for Action,» organized by Civitta and EasyBusiness as part of the EU4Business program implemented by GIZ with the support of the European Union and the Government of Germany.
The event brought together leading business associations, clusters, experts, government representatives, SMEs, and media. The goal was to build a strategic dialogue between Ukrainian and European companies to create effective and long-term partnerships that will accelerate Ukraine’s integration into the EU Single Market.
The Voice of the IT Industry — in Focus
During the panel discussion «The Role of Industry Associations and Clusters in Economic Integration into the EU Single Market,» Kharkiv IT Cluster was presented by Eduard Fast, Head of International and Local Business Development. The focus of the speech was on Ukraine’s potential as a reliable partner for the EU, as well as the concrete steps that the Cluster is already taking to facilitate the integration of Ukrainian IT businesses into the European ecosystem.

We worked as part of the IT sectoral group at thematic workshops. Together with partners, we identified key challenges on the path to integration into the EU Single Market, as well as areas of potential growth through international cooperation.
