Kharkiv IT Cluster has been selected as one of the top 10 business associations in Ukraine to join the Export Alliance Mastery program.
Export Alliance Mastery by Visionet Institute is a training program supported by the Estonian Centre for International Development, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, and Diia.Business. It helps leading business associations in Ukraine provide export support to their members and guide them to enter international markets. Through this training, our team is mastering the essentials of delivering export support services and strengthening the global positions of Ukrainian IT companies.
Module 1: Market Analysis ✍
The Kharkiv IT Cluster team has completed the first of seven modules, focused on market analysis.
This module provides practical experience in conducting in-depth market research and helps us better understand global IT trends, market segmentation, and the competitive landscape. With this knowledge, our team is now better equipped to support our members in identifying market opportunities, managing risks, and setting realistic goals for international expansion.
A key highlight of this stage was the participation of our member company WEBSPARK. WEBSPARK specializes in full-cycle web and mobile app development, and Kharkiv IT Cluster conducted comprehensive market research for the company, applying the first learnings from the practice training.
The research focused on studying trends, standards, and customer needs across three different countries. The results enabled WEBSPARK to better understand the target market requirements and adapt its export strategy accordingly. With over 18 years of experience and a 90% client retention rate, WEBSPARK continues to lead, using this research to strengthen its global presence.
Beyond market research, the Export Alliance program helps us develop strong export-oriented strategies. Each module provides valuable insights into the various factors influencing successful internationalization.
