๐ Module 5: Global Visibility and Export Strategy in Action
The fifth module focused on developing strategic global presence โ both for our organization and for cluster participants. The key task was the practical application of acquired knowledge in the role of consultants for a tech company.
All our achievements are the result of consistent work, a strategic approach, and our commitment to building a strong international position for Ukraine. ๐
๐ง In this module, our team worked with PayKit, a Ukrainian company that creates comprehensive POS solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in retail, HoReCa, and services.
What did we accomplish for PayKit during this module?
๐ Competitive audit โ analyzed three key competitors covering around 80% of the POS market in the target country.
๐ Communication analysis โ studied competitorsโ SMM strategies and developed a content strategy based on platform algorithms.
๐ฏ Brand archetype and positioning โ defined the companyโs archetype and formulated a unique value proposition for entering a new market.
๐ Storytelling and customer use cases โ created stories based on real-world product scenarios (including a case from Apteka 911).
๐ฃ Feedback collection system โ developed a tool to gather and reuse customer feedback for marketing purposes.
