GlobalLogic engineers performed a modern version of “Carol of the Bells” at the Central Station of Ukraine
Ukrainian engineers of the GlobalLogic IT company recreated the famous composition of Mykola Leontovich in a modern sound, to once again remind the world of the Ukrainian origin of the famous work. The updated sound is created thanks to the software developed by the engineers themselves.
Thanks to GlobalLogic IT specialists, more than 70% of modern commercial music is created. The software for sound recording, which Ukrainian engineers help to create, is used by Hollywood companies, leading international TV studios, and music bands from all over the world.
GlobalLogic engineers, specializing in music technologies, recorded and performed a modern version of the world-famous carol “Shchedryk” by Mykola Leontovich. The choice of composition is not random – it is an opportunity to remind the world about the Ukrainian origin of the famous composer. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the first performance of “Schedryk” in the USA, since then “Schedryk” or “Carol of the Bells” has become the most beloved Christmas carol in the world.
The place of execution is also not accidental: the Central Station in Kyiv during the war became the heart of the country, which every day meets and sees off Ukrainians and guests of the country, defenders, first persons from all over the world, trains to liberated cities such as Kherson or Izyum.
