Unconference #12: unconference for business upgrade

On the 27th of March Unconference is to be conducted for the 12th time already. It’s an online event for those who want to give an impulse to business from inside and adopt experts’ best practices that lead their teams to success.

The title Unconference by itself implies nonstandard event format. It’s not a typical conference. No strict agenda is suggested: list of the speakers and discussions is to be finalized on sight in facilitation format Open Space Technology. Everyone who feels like it is free to propose a subject for discussion – it will be added to the agenda in case met with interest.

The event consists of three streams: cases, instruments and ideas. Organizers have already disclosed some topics of Unconference #12. Among them there are cases of changes implementation, leadership and self-care, agile instruments and ideas for business growth. Anyone can come with a topic even right before the conference starts.

At the moment speakers from Ukraine, Germany and Latvia are to join the conference. The event traditionally is conducted online. All the participants meet in Zoom where they can not only listen to the speakers but also join the discussion.

There are several roles for attendees:

• Participant. The role fits everyone who wants to listen to experts view and contribute to the discussion.
• Speaker. This role is for the experts, who want to speak at the event.
• Track leader. The role is for those who are ready and willing to be a moderator or facilitator of the discussion of their interest.

Ticket price depends on preferred participation format:

• Participation in the online event (no video recordings) — 550 UAH;
• Participation in the online event (video recordings included) — 750 UAH;
• Speeches recordings only — 350 UAH.
