The First Eastern European Tezos Hackathon
For the first time in Eastern Europe, we welcome you to the Hackathon related to the Tezos ecosystem!
The event will take place in Kyiv and will last for 3 days, starting from September 6, 2019.
Developers, entrepreneurs, and professionals from all around the world will be able to connect with each other, learn new ways to apply Tezos technology and address specific problems that will allow the platform to grow more effectively.
Teams will need to develop prototypes of projects using blockchain Tezos and present their ideas to the jury.
Tezos is an open-source platform based on the blockchain technology with an on-chain governance model which allows modifying the network rules quickly, while keeping the ecosystem minimally disrupted, comparing to other technologies.
The first day is dedicated to workshops where you can learn valuable information regarding Tezos technology. You’ll learn about LIGO and Granary, receive information about Python toolset, Michelson explorer and Non-fungible token (NFT) standards, as well as the best development practices on the Tezos blockchain.
The Hackathon itself will start on the second day of the event, where development teams will be assigned a task related to non-fungible token (NFT) standard of the Tezos platform. Teams consisting of developers, designers, managers, and other professionals will have 24 hours to build their projects, present them to an independent jury and compete for the money prizes.
The event is hosted by Everstake and Bake’n’Rolls and supported by Tezos Commons Foundation along with TQ Tezos.
