On September, 16 Kharkiv IT Cluster is holding a workshop IT Legal Talk. The event will be dedicated to legal aspects of the opening of business in the USA.

The purpose of IT Legal Talk is to familiarize the audience with the procedure for registering a company in the USA, the key criteria for choosing the type of company required, depending on the owner’s goals, the introduction of a foreign company into the business structure

IT Legal Talk will cover:

• Company registration in the USA: pros and cons, procedure difference for US residents and non-residents, registration procedure and important aspects
• Choice of the legal form of the company: LLC, corporation and others
• The advantages and disadvantages of different states for the registration of a company
• Taxation in the USA: peculiarities of the tax system, taxation of employers and employees
• Relations with employees: the basics of labor relations, work with non-residents, social insurance
