Kharkiv IT Cluster continues a series of successful mini-conferences! This time we will talk about the legal issues of IT-business again. Meet IT Legal Talk 3! A year ago, IT Legal Talk was the first event organized by the Cluster. During this time, the organization has become larger and event management has become more attentive. The best traditions are preserved: topical issues, notable experts, great audience!
The theme of the event is “Contracts with Customers.” Are you familiar with the situation, when Presales, Sales, Delivery Departments fail to reach agreement on basic business conditions of the project or when there appear “white spots” in the contract in course of project implementation, working not in the company’s favor. How to establish the process of harmonization of business conditions in the company? Who and how shall agree a contract with clients? Who is the owner of contract signing process? Which terms of the contract are the cornerstones for the company? That’s what speakers will talk about.
What will you receive from visiting the event? You will learn about basic necessary provisions of contracts at DT, TM, Cost Plus, FC models. You will understand how to use the contract to protect the company. The experts will make an example of contract negotiating process within the company and with the customer.
