IT Legal: remote work and booking in Diia.City — how to avoid problems in 2025?
In 2025, the first inspections of the CCC and the Joint Venture showed: remote work without documents is a risk for Diia.City resident companies. If the employee is not found at the legal address, clear confirmation of the remote format is required. Otherwise, there will be losses in booking and the status of a critically important enterprise.
