Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) together with Ernst & Young (EY) invite to the Business Intensive June 13  in Kharkov “The future of work: the struggle for talent”.

This conference will become a real center of management and HR-community combined with deep knowledge, expertise and experience.

This is an opportunity to discuss with experts the most up-to-date trends that have an impact on business, the transformation of the field of human management, and the challenges facing the HR function.

The aim of the joint project of  LvBS & EY: Building a better working world through growing people.

At the  meeting in Kharkiv, together with experts from EY, participants will learn about:

  • Globalization, technology, demography: how global trends affect business and human management
  • Generation’s Opportunities
  • Socio-emotional and technological competencies
  • HR transformation and challenges faced by HR management

10: 00-11: 30 presentations

12: 00-13: 30 work in groups

14: 00-15: 00 networking with EY managers and  program managers

The second part of the meeting (from 12:00) will be a moderated discussion in the groups on the most pressing issues of transformation of human management processes (in connection with  global trends, automation and digitizing).
