
Boot Camp 2025: get a lucky ticket in IT
For the 4 seasons of Project Boot Camp more than 350 participants got their first practical experience in IT, and 35% of them got their dream offer during the project or in the first months after it. And this is only part of the fascinating statistics!
Annually Kharkiv IT Cluster together with its participants and partners launch a large incubation program that changes the career lives of hundreds of participants for the better. This year was no exception, and we are ready to present to you the beginning of a new exciting season Boot Camp 2025!
Boot Camp 2025 is the 5th season of the incubation program, which allows IT beginners to build their career ladder in an optimal, short, and fast way! In 2.5 months, under the mentorship of experienced IT staff, the teams will be able to implement entrepreneurial and innovative ideas aimed at rebuilding the infrastructure and developing the economy of Ukraine.

Who are we waiting for?
The world of IT has not been limited to the profession of developers for a long time. If you find yourself among the following list, then apply for participation in the program:

How to get into the team?
After applying, you will go through three stages of selection for the team:
- stage 1 — selection based on questionnaires and resumes;
- stage 2 — conducting managerial and technical interviews with participants;
- stage 3 — invitation to the team.
What are the time limits of the project?
- to March 10 registration of participants is ongoing;
- March 20, a letter of feedback will be sent to all participants.
- By March 24 interviews will be held. They will be conducted by Kharkiv IT Cluster coordinators and mentors. The questions will be both managerial and technical. Expect to receive letters from the participants about the results of the interview;
- March 24 the long-awaited opening of the project will take place;
- March 25 – June 6 will continue project development;
- June 6 teams present their projects in the final;
- On June 13, we will hold a reflection: advertisement final results and summary.

Web3 Job Board with mentor Andriy Shymkiv, Frontend Engineer at Chainza
Andriy has been working as a developer for over 2 years and has experience with React, TypeScript, Python, and Solidity.
Superpower: can go through your code straight to the bone, line by line, if needed.
Together with his team, he plans to create a decentralized job board where companies post blockchain jobs and freelancers apply using their wallets. The platform uses smart contracts to ensure transparency and job applications are stored on-chain.
Technical stack of the project: Solidity (job registry contract), React, Firebase/MongoDB, Node.js, Express.
Volunteer app with mentor Volodymyr Kuzmenko, Python Developer at Quantum
Volodymyr has been working for the company for a year, has experience in backend development in Python and JS, worked with Django, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, Docker Compose, and Git.
Superpower: has developed communication skills and knows how to effectively interact with people in various life and professional circumstances.
Within Boot Camp 2025, Volodymyr plans to create a volunteer project to popularize and spread information about volunteer activities with the possibility of attracting enterprises and businesses.
Technical stack of the project: BackEnd — Python (Django, RestFramework), PostgreSQL, Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx; FrontEnd — JS (ReactJS), HTML, CSS.
POS system with mentor Serhii Tishinskiy, Project manager at CHM Software
Serhii is an experienced professional with 8 years of experience in management and 5 years of experience in IT.
Superpower: he knows how to see a task through to the end. He combines strategic thinking, technical expertise and perseverance, which allows him to successfully cope with the most difficult challenges.
Oleksandr has been with the company for almost three years. He is fluent in C, C++, C#, and Assembly. Successfully solves problems using such tools as QT, STL, Boost, CMake, SQL, Bash, SQLite, PostgreSQL.
Superpower: Responsible attitude to the product and love to maintain the quality and stability of solutions.
Serhii and Oleksandr’s goal in the program is to improve the system designed to process payments, manage financial transactions and integrate payment solutions into various applications, services, and business processes, fiscalize checks, and warehouse accounting.
Technical stack: C++. View, PHP.
Children’s anti-stress companion with mentor Tetiana Netrybiychuk, Project Manager at Viseven
Tetiana has been working for the V7 company for more than 3 years, stably on the same project, the development of which is based on Salesforce.
Superpower: from professional and life – everything that is desired becomes real under the condition of systematic work. Once I wanted to become the head of the contract center in 5 years and I did. I wanted to work in IT after 10 years of work in another field – it worked.
Tatyana is focused on creating a digital companion that helps kids turn their parent’s phone into a stress-relieving device that can be used during air raids or medical procedures such as vaccinations.
Technical stack: Flutter framework and Dart language. In the role of the backend part, authentication and database — Firebase.
Interior design generation website with mentor Yulia Krutas, UX/UI Designer at onPoint Studio
Yulia has 2.5 years of commercial experience and 1 year of freelancing. Her main tool is Figma.
Superpower: loves everything related to creativity and creativity – drawing pictures by numbers, taking photos, and cooking.
Julia’s team will work on the creation of the website for the generation of interior design, where the user can create a request or upload a photo of the room, and choose certain styles, and the AI has to generate an image, that can look like this.
Technical stack: WordPress development (PHP, WP_Query, WordPress Hooks/Filters, Custom Post Type, JavaScript, etc.), AI integration.
