General Guidelines
If you are a thought leader who shares our vision of inspiring and connecting like-minded tech enthusiasts, and you possess the drive to enable a tech-based future that empowers creative minds, we want to hear from you.
Your session should address a pressing industry topic by exploring the role of technology in solving the primary social and economic challenges that society will face in the near future.
Upon acceptance as a speaker, you will be granted a Speaker Pass, exclusive access to the VIP Lounges, and social media exposure as a VDS 2025 speaker.
Please follow the process below to apply as a speaker for VDS 2025. Every submission is reviewed on a rolling basis. Please note that we receive a lot of applications, so please make sure to be clear and comprehensive when filling out the application form.

Submissions and Important Dates
We are currently accepting submissions for VDS 2025 (22nd and 23rd October in Valencia, Spain). The submission deadline for proposals is the 15th of June, 2025.
We will begin communicating the acceptance of selected proposals from the 24th of June onwards.
*Please note that the VDS Content team retains the right to review and accept proposals at any time before the June 23rd deadline. Selected speakers for VDS 2025 will be notified exclusively of the acceptance of their session.
