Enterprise Europe Network: New Horizons for Business Scaling for Kharkiv IT Cluster Members
IT ClusterUnpredictable global events and economic challenges complicate the process for companies to enter international markets. However, the Kharkiv IT Cluster continues to find effective ways to support the IT community by opening access to international opportunities for organizations. The official joining of the Kharkiv IT Cluster to the EEN platform has been an important step in developing support for the technology business in the area of export sales of IT services and products.
What is Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)?
Enterprise Europe Network is the world’s largest network supporting small and medium-sized companies with international ambitions.
The platform allows companies to:
- find relevant partners for cooperation;
- access current business inquiries from different countries;
- analyze markets and trends;
- receive support in innovation and technology.
What were the results of the activities in 2024?
Together with the participating companies and EEN, we managed to accomplish a lot this year. As a result, we now have:
- 113 active EEN platform clients benefiting from unique opportunities for business growth.
- 85 profiles with collaboration offers, allowing companies to establish new partnerships and increase their global visibility.
- 25 expressed interest from potential clients, indicating a high potential for building new partnerships.
What are the Kharkiv IT Cluster’s goals for 2025?
Looking ahead to 2025, we have two key priorities:
- Helping our clients expand internationally by increasing their participation in business events and growing their network of partners.
- Driving digital transformation in Ukraine by creating a dialogue between key stakeholders: IT companies, businesses, government, and investors.
To achieve our goals, we have developed a plan consisting of a series of initiatives:
- 4 brokerage meetings to help companies find reliable partners and expand their business opportunities.
- 1 business mission, focused on a specific region and sector, to showcase the capabilities and resilience of Ukrainian IT companies to both national and international investors and partners.
- 2 roundtables to bring together businesses, investors, and policymakers to discuss the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.
- 5 digitalization workshops to help companies and organizations integrate digital tools into their workflows, making processes more efficient, boosting productivity, and contributing to a more resilient Ukrainian economy.
One of our most ambitious goals for 2025 is to conduct, in collaboration with international partners, a foresight study on the digital sector in Ukraine and the European Union to identify strengths and weaknesses, key collaboration points, and the integration of Ukraine into the EU’s digital market.
