Digital Logistics in Action: The Soft4Trans Case and Export Alliance Mastery Insights

These are the reasons the Kharkiv IT Cluster team is participating in the Export Alliance Mastery program by Visionest Institute to provide high-quality export consulting and support to our members in the future.
The sixth module of the program was focused on logistics digitalization — and clearly illustrated how we work with real business cases and turning them into actionable solutions.
🚛 For this module, we chose to analyze Soft4Trans, a digital solution for logistics operators developed by ITUA. We tested our methodologies on this real case to:
- Gather in-depth analytics on logistics process bottlenecks;
- Evaluate the potential for entering the European market;
- Generate concrete product development recommendations.
Key recommendations included integration with eFTI, AI-based ETA prediction and automation of data exchange.
As a result: ready-to-implement solutions that reduce costs, simplify processes, and increase export readiness!
