Already bought tickets to ITEM-2017? Fifth anniversary IT-conference in the open air

Problem Solving Conference about IT-business development will take place in Dnipro on June 17th-18th. It’s the fifth year ITEM conference has been organised and in 2017 it is planned to gather around 1000 developers, PMs and IT business managers from all over Ukraine, all those who are interested in releasing qualitative IT-products. ITEM conference is held with support from City Council and Dnepr Development Agency as well as  European Business Association.

 

The programme of the conference is intended for two days. On the first day the reports will run in three streams covering the topic of interest conflicts in IT such as Terms, Quality, Sales; to add more, expect seven new networking formats with speakers and participants and an afterparty with quiet and noisy zones together with an open bar. On the second day six thematic workshops from practitioners will be offered as well as speechbar with key figures from IT world. A dedicated baby-zone will be provided for children aged from 5 to 9 years old.

 

 

New Speakers at ITEM conference: freedom of choice, search for compromises and a project in two hours

 

Victor Haydin, Vice-President in Marketing and Sales in Intellias, teacher-trainer of Business Development Course in Lviv IT School (“Strategy” module)

Having started his career 10 years ago as a programming engineer, Victor quickly understood that technologies were not his only passion in life. He has always been interested in how to use them so that to bring value to the customer and to build stable and profitable business. This curiosity has led him to creating and managing R & D department in one of the biggest IT companies in Ukraine and later to managing product strategy, service portfolio and strategic marketing in the scale of the whole organisation. Since November 2016 Victor has been responsible for Sales and Marketing in Intellias which belongs to the list of the most fast-growing private companies in Europe according to Inc.com.

 

Elena Zanichkovskaya, Co-founder, Director in Product Strategy and Marketing in Gradient. Business Development Director in LITS. PhD in Management. Specialist with 11 years of experience in the areas of project, program, account and business management in IT industry. Ex-Head at ELEKS Digital and  BDD in Perfectial. Trainer and speaker.

 

She will speak about why sometimes the right marketing appears to be more effective than sales, if it is necessary to take into account marketing experience from other industries as a standard model and why sales without marketing fail to succeed.

 

Orysya Sklyar, CEO & Co-Founder at Zozoola, 8+ experience in IT, 4 years on managing positions in Marketing and Sales; 2 years of experience working in Canada for Global Technology Center in McCain Foods; Marketing and Sales Consulting Консалтинг for IT startups and medium-sized companies.

Regular trainings in the area of sales and marketing which are run by Orysya for IT startups in differents parts of the world have inspired her to open her own business agency which helps companies with defining their business goals and searching for “their client”. She is keen on giving lectures and making presentations in front of the wide audience as it has always been a great opportunity to get to know new and interesting people. She will talk about the freedom of choice and what we really offer our customers.

 

 

Vladimit Zheleznyak, Co-founder at IT-Boost, Head of Support and Team Lead in Development at Fundseeker. 18 years in commercial IT. He has been a developer, a manager, again a developer, a CTO. He has changed programming languages and activities several times. He is well-aware of how the situation looks like from different sides and he has witnessed successful projects fail due to one-sidedness in views. He has been a speaker at fifteen conferences, a columnist on DOU. He will speak about if there is a compromise between business and programmers.

 

Segey Nemchinsky, Director and owner at FoxmindEd

 

20 years in development, 15 years in Java. He has been working on the position of Java team lead (Project Manager) in most major outsourcing companies. He has been teaching in Luxoft, Ciklum, Netcracker and IntroPro training centers. His Java Channel on Youtube numbers more than 20000 followers. He is the owner of a learning project FoxmindeEd (earlier he used to occupy the position of Software Development Director in SmarteRama).
